Return Policy
Warranty
All memory products carry a LIFETIME warranty through ITpartsman. All items are new unless otherwise indicated (some 72 pin SIMM modules are refurbished).
We offer a refund for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will exchange or replace for the lifetime of the module until you the customer is satisfied with our product and our service – no questions asked. ITpartsman reserves the right to void the warranty for any customer making false public statements.
Warranty is not transferable.
Disclaimer
The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, electrical power problems, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than authorized third party service providers. ITpartsman is not responsible for damages to components other than the products purchased herein. ITpartsman reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts for warranty replacement.
All products must be returned in same or like condition as received; any modifications, changes, label removal or damages to products purchased will result in termination of warranty. All original packaging materials and accessories must be received in order to process warranty claims.
RMA Policy
Customers wishing to return merchandise to ITpartsman for any reason must contact ITpartsman and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the merchandise. To obtain an RMA number; Please Contact us via email, the eBay communication system or by calling (813) 695-6648
Customers must obtain an RMA number per the RMA procedure stated above before returning merchandise to ITpartsman.
